We can recommend appropriate data collection methodologies and develop questionnaires which address survey objectives and result in high response rates.
While ADFR uses all data collection methods, we currently emphasize online and self-administered mail methods which we find provide high levels of data quality at reasonable cost.
In an environment of increasingly difficult respondent access, we have explored and developed procedures which encourage response, including attractive and user-friendly online and mailed questionnaires, well-thought out email invitations and letters requesting cooperation, multiple follow-ups, high quality printing for mailed surveys and innovative incentives. Combined, these procedures can result in completion rates which often meet or exceed telephone response rates, at considerably lower cost.
